We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to become part of the Solutions By Sanford team! Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• A minimum of six months in travel nursing roles.
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the work location.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is key in delivering exceptional individualized nursing care. This role involves:
• Utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, for comprehensive patient care.
• Providing care across all phases: preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, providing education, and performing triage and other nursing interventions.

Practice is grounded in the Nurse Practice Act and the Administrative Rules specific to your state, recognizing the Scope and Standards of Practice and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.

Qualifications
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree in nursing.
• Must have a current, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice, or dual licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Must obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
