High resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) analysis has been increasingly used in the recent years for suspect screening analysis/semi-quantitative analysis/non-targeted analysis for structural elucidation of novel compounds of emerging concern, such as PFAS.

Battelle has developed a core capability for delineating PFAS sources and understanding background PFAS contamination involving HRMS, using liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight (LC-Q-TOF).

In order to facilitate the growing body of work in this new business area, we are seeking a PFAS Q-TOF/LCMS Analyst to join our team, located in Columbus, OH.

Perform non-targeted PFAS data analysis including data processing raw data files

Perform technical data review, interpretation and reporting of results

Develop proficiency in non-targeted PFAS analyses to provide general instrument analysis support as needed
