Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

We're looking for certified nurse practitioners as contractors to perform In-home Health Evaluations for members of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and selected commercial plans.

• Conduct home visits focusing on an individual's overall health and wellness, identifying potential care barriers
- Earn between $2,500 and $4,000 each week (Average 6-9 visits daily, $80 per completed assessment)
• Enhance your per-visit earnings up to 135% with our Market Multiplier
• Holding a Medicaid License or being open to enrolling (with our assistance) is highly encouraged
• Gain extra income through our pay-per-test model for visits where members qualify for additional diagnostic and preventive tests
• Pick shifts from Monday to Sunday (nights/weekends not required)
• Options for Short-Term or Long-Term periods
• Visits are pre-scheduled in-home with plan members
• Travel accommodations such as airfare, hotel, and rental car provided (if eligible)
• Malpractice insurance
• Availability incentives, depending on weekly commitment
• Independent Contractor status with 1099 classification
• Flexible work hours
• State License Necessary

These evaluations include reviewing medication and medical history and conducting a physical exam in the member's residence. Our NP contractors have the opportunity to earn competitive pay (or add to their current earnings) while balancing other personal and clinical responsibilities. You'll receive a ready-to-use, patient-specific form for each evaluation, without the need to prescribe medication, order lab tests, or change current treatment plans.
