We are currently hiring for a Data Entry Customer Service.
You need to collect a customer’s name, address, phone number, or other information to verify her identity or account.
You may also collect information to set up information about a new customer and provide her with pricing, product, shipment, and distribution information.
You may also need to document information about your customer interaction, including leaving notes for the next customer service representative who speaks with the customer.
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database
Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders
Update various data including financial transactions, customer information, inventory, status of items or other information
Organize existing data in a spreadsheet
Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records
Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from employees, other departments and clients.
Scanning through information to identify pertinent information.
Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
Creating accurate spreadsheets.
Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
Ensuring data is backed up.
Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good practical experience with word processing tools and spreadsheets such as MS Office Word٫ Excel and so on.
Good knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
Basic knowledge of touch typing system and database management tools.
Fast typing skills with close attention to detail.
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
